network camera can not display the image
There are many reasons why the camera does not have an image, mainly power supply problems, network problems and parameter problems, please follow the operation to confirm the fault, and do repair or replace the device.
First check whether the network cable and power cable is connected properly.
Block the photosensitive sensor, confirm whether the infrared light is normally turned on, and confirm that the power supply of the device is normal.
Use the configuration tool to search and check if the search is normal.
Check the IP network segment in the search tool kind, whether it is consistent with the network segment of the network environment used.
Confirm that the device is added correctly.
Confirm that the back-end can correctly support the camera encoding method and resolution.
